Terms & Conditions For Donors
DONATIONS
1. Donation transactions must be made using the means specified by Ang Mo Kio-Thye Hua Kwan Hospital (AMK-THKH).
2. All donations are non-refundable.
3. Donations to a specific campaign will be disbursed accordingly regardless of whether the campaign has met, failed to meet or exceeded its target.
4. Donations in general (i.e., not to any specific campaigns) will be used for any particular purpose(s) serving the community as deemed appropriate by AMK-THKH.
GENERAL
1. Personal Data, as defined by the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (No. 26 of 2013), provided on this site by User shall be subject to the AMK-THKH Privacy Policy.
2. AMK-THKH reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to vary the above terms from time to time and all changes will be posted on this page.
3. Use and/or continued use of this site constitutes agreement by the user to be bound by the terms and conditions, which may change from time to time. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.
